📢 Important Operational Announcement: Capital Protection

To ensure the successful development of our real estate project in Serbia, we utilize a strict "Fixed-Funding / Real-World Asset (RWA)" protocol:

Budget Security: Immediately after the funding round closes, Home Flip d.o.o. will withdraw the collected 1,071 SOL from the Raydium pool. This capital will be transferred directly to our regulated corporate bank account via the licensed Serbian exchange (ECD.rs) to fund construction.
Trading Lock: After the capital withdrawal, secondary trading on Raydium will show "Insufficient Liquidity" during the 6-month build phase. This prevents premature drainage of the construction budget and protects the project from failing.
Automated Payout: Your SHT tokens are your cryptographic proof of claim. In exactly 6 months, upon the turnkey sale of the finished house, the smart contract waterfall will activate and distribute your initial capital + your 60% profit split back to your wallet.

Strictly scheduled execution. The residential property in Serbia will be fully completed and prepared for turnkey sale within 6 months from funding close.
